1. General terms
   Ford has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in this Site. Vehicles shown on this Site are for general illustration only. Vehicle availability may be limited.
   Ford is constantly seeking ways to improve the specification, design and production of its vehicles and alterations take place continually. Whilst every effort is made to produce up to date products and specifications, this Site should not be regarded as an infallible guide to Ford products and services, nor does it constitute an offer for the sale of any particular vehicle. Ford Authorised Dealers (Dealers) are not agents of Ford and have absolutely no authority to bind Ford by any express or implied undertaking or representation.
   The prices shown on the Site is an ex-showroom price and does not include registration, insurance, road tax or other local levies. Please contact your nearest dealer for more details
   The mileage figures are as certified in accordance with The Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI). Under normal use a vehicle's actual fuel consumption figures may differ from those achieved through the ARAI test procedure, depending on driving technique, road and traffic conditions, environmental factors, and vehicle condition. If in any doubt, please consult your Ford Authorised Dealer.
   Any reference in this Site to speed or performance should not be taken as an encouragement to drive either dangerously or at speeds in excess of statutory limits.
2. Accessories and features
   Unless specified as standard, features/options or accessories may be additional to standard specifications, available on only higher specification models, or as an option/accessory at additional cost to the customer.
3. Copyright
   All rights, including copyright and database right, in the Site and its contents, are owned by or licensed to Ford, or otherwise used by Ford as permitted by applicable law or the copyright holder. 7. Cookies and use of the Ford website
   When using the Ford website, we or our third party service providers may collect web site usage information such as the IP address you are using, the name of your Internet service provider, your browser version, the website that referred you to us and the next website you go to, the pages you request, the date and time of those requests and the country you are in. Except where you provide it to us via the website, we do not collect personal information such as your name, mailing address, email address or phone number when you are browsing our website.
   Ford and our third party service provides uses technology such as "cookies", "pixel tags" and java code on Ford websites and in emails you have agreed to receive from us. The use of "cookies", "pixel tags" and java code is an industry standard, and helps us monitor the effectiveness of our advertising and how visitors use the Ford websites. Ford cannot accept responsibility for any disruption, damage and/or loss of data on your data or computer system that may occur while using the software. Consult your network administrator before installing any software on a networked computer.
9. Jurisdiction
   These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Disputes arising here shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
   
   If any of these Terms should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms of Use are intended to be effective, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause. All other Terms of Use shall remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.
   Ford reserves the right to change any of these Terms at any time by posting changes online. If you do not accept these Terms of Use in full, you must stop using this website immediately.
